YOUR Free profile website will be exposed and searchable by college coaches for a Free period of one year from the date of the original entry.

WE are hereby released from all liability, damages, lost data or data corruption of any and all information. It is further understand that your data may be down at times due to uncontrollable internet circumstances.
 
Upon using any provided tools and resources furnished by US, all parties agree that a portion of the tools and resources are provided by a Texas company, and the tools and resources provided by the Texas company shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, County of Denton. And, prior to any disputes or legal action against the Texas company, the involved parties will undergo binding arbitration at their expense in said county and state.  Any cause of action or claim YOU may have with respect to the Texas company or the tools and resources provided must be commenced within sixty (60) days after the claim or cause of action arise or such claim or cause of action is barred.
